Where do my chats live?
In your browser. Every message, every attachment and every tag is stored on this device.
On the BYOK plan, a message goes from here straight to the model provider on your own API key, and never reaches us. Messages to the Free plan’s models pass through our server on the way, because we send them to the provider on our key. Our server passes them on and stores none of them.
You don’t have to take that on trust. Open your browser’s network tab, send a message, and read the request list.
